Pursuant to our Bylaws and Societies Act provisions, the Board will proceed with the MBM scheduled on Sunday, July 30, 2023 at 1:00 pm to be held in-person at VCBC. 

We ask all Registered Members interested to attend to please fill out the online form available on the website under “What’s New at VCBC” by Wednesday, July 26 in order to register for the Members Business Meeting and for us to directly email you the formal Agenda and minutes from the last MBM.

Please note that any voting for this meeting will be done in-person and will be recorded. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact any of the Moderators of the Church. We look forward to your participation.
