Pursuant to our Bylaws and Societies Act provisions, the Board will proceed with the MBM scheduled on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at 1:00 pm in-person at VCBC. We ask all registered members interested to attend to please fill out the online form by Wednesday, October 18 in order to register for the meeting and for us to directly email you the formal Agenda and minutes from the last MBM. The Nominees List will be affirmed at the Oct. 22 MBM.  All nominated brothers and sisters are reminded to attend the meeting.
