The MBM approved/affirmed, among other things, the following: (1) Affirmed the calling of Rev. Sam Wong as the Senior Pastor of VCBC; (2) Hired Jennifer Lo as the Church Administrator, starting half-time from Feb 1, then full-time on March 1, formally taking over from Loretta Chiu, Interim Church Administrator.

(3) Affirmed Raymond Wong and Jady Lo to serve as deacons of Cantonese Congregation for a five-year term from January 30, 2023 to December 31, 2027. (4) Affirmed Helena Akrigg as the new leader for the English Congregation Missions Team from February 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
